We currently have a flexible booking policy in place to reassure our guests they can book with confidence in these uncertain times. If you need to change or cancel your booking because of COVID-19 restrictions you can do so up to 72 hours prior to arrival. We can offer you the option to amend your booking or receive a full credit to use within 12 months. This applies to bookings arriving up until 1 December 2021 after which our regular terms and conditions will apply. Please don’t hesitate to contact our reception if you have any queries regarding this policy.

Anyone who has respiratory symptoms or fever (>37.5°C), even if they only have mild symptoms, MUST:

A deposit is required to confirm each reservation.

Reservations made within 30 days of date of arrival require a deposit to be paid when making the booking.

Reservations made 30 days or more before date of arrival, require a deposit to be paid within 10 days of making the booking.

Deposits can be paid over the telephone using your credit card.


If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the booked arrival date a $25.00 cancellation fee applies per site reservation and $100 per accommodation reservation.

  • If a reservation is cancelled within 10-30 days of arrival, any deposit refund is up to the discretion of the Manager.

  • No refunds are given for cancellations within 10 days of arrival

  • At least 30 days notice must be given for any booking or date alterations.

  • All group bookings must be paid in full upon booking and are not be refundable.

Prices are NETT to Coolwaters Holiday Park and are not subject to any further discount or commission. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST and are subject to change.


We have 2 allocated pet cabins but animals in or outside of any other accommodation is strictly prohibited.  We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our accommodation, anyone breaking this will forfeit their cleaning bond. We try to keep our rates as low as possible & we only factor in basic housekeeping if you do not leave the accommodation in a clean manner you will forfeit your cleaning bond so please leave your accommodation how you found it. Lost keys will incur a $20 replacement fee. There are noise restrictions in place at 10pm, we operate on a one warning policy, after this you will be asked to leave. The pool closes at 9pm and the camp kitchen closes at 10pm. This is a family park, please be on best behaviour at all times. All guests must check in at reception on arrival and leave the park by 9pm or a fee will be charged for an extra person staying on site. All guests and their behavior are your responsibility. Management reserves the right to terminate any permit to occupancy by giving one hours notice. Children under 8 years are not permitted in the amenities by themselves.
